Reiki Level 1

The student will be introduced to this ancient Japanese form of healing known as "laying of hands". The focus is on self-healing and helping others. We will cover history of Reiki, the benefits, the Chakra system, the Reiki Principles, the introduction to the first Reiki symbol and the student's first "Attunement". You will be attuned to the flow of Reiki energy. You will learn the hand positions for self-healing, and be able to provide Reiki sessions for others, as well as animals and plants by the end of this session. It will lead also lead you on your own personal path of growth and development.

Lunch:

Please bring your own lunch. Microwave and fridge are available. We will be offering tea, water and light snacks. Students should wear comfortable layered clothing , also if they wish to bring a pillow, blanket, etc. anything to make you comfortable. Please bring a pen and paper for note taking.
